These terms explain the basic rules for using Freediving PH, a community app for discovering freediving spots, sharing dive stories and conditions, connecting with other divers, and managing community badges and contributor profiles in the Philippines.

Use of the Service

You may use Freediving PH only for lawful, respectful, and community-focused activity. You are responsible for the information, media, comments, messages, badge applications, and other content you submit.

Accounts and Sign-In

You may browse public spots and public community content without an account. Account login is required for account-based features such as posting, comments, messages, saved items, badge requests, marketplace activity, and private profile settings. Keep your account information accurate and do not share access to your account with others.

Community Content

Do not post unsafe, misleading, abusive, harassing, exploitative, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Only upload content that you own or have permission to share.
Freediving conditions, locations, depth notes, and safety information are community contributions and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Safety

Freediving involves real physical risk. Freediving PH does not provide medical, training, rescue, or professional safety advice. Always train with qualified professionals, dive with appropriate supervision, and follow local laws and safety guidance.

Moderation

Users can report posts and comments, block users from their visible app experience, and contact us at admin@freedivingph.com. We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these terms, our safety standards, or community expectations. We may also preserve information when needed for safety, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your account and activity.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of Freediving PH after updates means you accept the updated terms.
