Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of your Freediving PH account data at any time. Public spots and community posts can be browsed without an account, and account deletion applies to account-based activity you submitted or saved.

How To Request Deletion

Signed-in users can initiate deletion directly in the app from Profile > Setting > Freediving PH > Delete Account. The app asks for confirmation before deleting the account.

  1. Open Freediving PH and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Profile, open Setting, then scroll to Freediving PH.
  3. Tap Delete Account and complete the confirmation step.

Email Help

If you cannot access your account, email us and we can help you begin the request.

  1. Email admin@freedivingph.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Freediving PH Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include the name, user name, and email address connected to your Freediving PH account, if available.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize account records connected to your Freediving PH profile, including login linkage, profile details, saved items, push subscriptions, badge applications, certification files, messages, marketplace records where possible, and community content where legally and technically possible.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Provider App Removal

If you used a supported login provider on a platform where that provider is available, you can also remove Freediving PH from that provider's account settings.
